Do you have parking?
Yes, our accommodation has parking. The parking is located outside the building, right in front of the Apartments, across the street. It is free and exclusive for our internal clients and employees. There is no cost and it is not possible to reserve spaces. There are no height limitations as it is outdoors. We do not offer valet service and there is no staff assigned in the parking area. Access is controlled by a chain and there are no security cameras or charging stations for electric vehicles. It is also not adapted for people with reduced mobility. If the private parking is full, there is a free and open parking area on the street in the area of Cala Llonga.

What are the opening hours of the swimming pool?
The swimming pool is open from 9 am to 7 pm.
Does the apartment have a coffee machine?
Yes, the coffee machine is classic Italian.
Do the apartments have a sea view?
No, please note that we are not a sea view property, but the beach is only 150 meters away.
Is the sofa bed a double bed?
Yes, the sofa bed is for two people and we do not have a supplementary bed service.
Do you have cribs available?
Yes, we do have crib service and it is necessary to request it before your arrival.
Do you have a hairdryer?
Yes, all apartments have a hairdryer.
Do you have an iron available?
Yes, the apartments have irons and/or you can request one at the reception desk.
Is the kitchen equipped?
Yes, it is equipped with electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, Italian coffee maker, and basic kitchen utensils.
Do you have shuttle service from the airport?
No, the hotel does not have this service but we can help you arrange it.

No, the hotel only accepts Mastercard & Visa cards, however you can use this card to guarantee your reservation.

What are the bus fares and timetables?
The price of the bus from Cala Llonga to Ibiza town (line 41) is currently 3 euros. You can also reach other parts of the island by first passing through Santa Eulalia station. From Cala Llonga, you can get to Santa Eulalia with line 15, approximately every hour until 21h and for a current price of 1.65 euros.
What is the approximate price of cabs?
Cabs to or from the airport cost around 25-30 euros, although this price may be higher if the journey is made during the night. If we would like to travel to San Antonio or the northern area, prices can vary up to 30-40 euros depending on the duration of the trip.
Is there a car rental nearby?
Yes, in the same building there is a rent a car AUTOS PINET that offers good prices.
Is there a laundry service?
Not as such, but you can use the client's washing machine and hang your clothes on the clothesline in your apartment. The service costs 6€ per wash and 1€ extra if you buy soap.
How often is the room cleaned?
The cleaning of the rooms is done every two days including change of towels. After four days of stay, towels and sheets are changed.
Does it have wifi?
Yes, the establishment has a free connection to the network, simply link to the network Sa Tanca and follow the instructions for registration as a customer of the establishment to enjoy the service.
Is there a safe?
Yes, it is a paid service as it is managed by an external company, check prices at reception.
Is there a Bar or Restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner service?
Yes, the Café Bar provides service from 08:30 to 23:30. The Restaurant S'Aroma offers: Buffet breakfast: from 08:30 to 11:30. Snacks: from 12:30 to 16:00. Dinner: from 18:30 to 23:00..

You can call the bar to place orders at certain hours, please consult the room service sheet left in the apartment.

In Cala Llonga there is a wide offer of restaurants, although the most outstanding ones are Restaurant Regina (international cuisine), Wild Asparagus (Pueblo Espárragos, Spanish cuisine and fish), Restaurant Amante (signature cuisine) and the restaurant La Casita (international cuisine). Also well known are Flipper, El deseo. And of course our Gastro-café which offers delicious tapas, homemade pizzas and various Mediterranean and international dishes.
Where is the tobacconist?
The tobacconist is located in the same street as Oasis Sa Tanca (C/ Ctra. Cala Llonga), 90 m. from the hotel. It is open from Monday to Saturday and closed on Sundays.
Where are there supermarkets nearby (Fruit/vegetables/meat nearby)?
There are 3 supermarkets very close, within a radius of 100/150 meters: * Supermercado María, going up on the right, near the tobacconist. * Supermercado Ramón Clapés, from the reception turn left and left again taking C/Monterosa, it is very close to the fountain of Cala LLonga. * Súper del Mar, going down to the left, on the Carretera Cala LLonga itself.

In Cala Llonga there are no bank branches, although there are several ATMs. There is one turning left, from reception, on the terrace of the Art store, there are also ATMs at the height of Bar Madisson (in front of the Estanco).

The nearest health center is in Santa Eulalia, 5 kilometers from Cala Llonga. It is the outpatient center of the town to which Cala Llonga belongs. In Ibiza town there is the Can Misses hospital, as well as other private clinics (Policlínica Ntra. Señora del Rosario, among others). In Google Maps you can find the locations.

In Cala Llonga there are no gyms, but there are several hiking trails. The nearest gyms are in Santa Eulalia del Río, 5 kilometers away.
Is there a bakery?
In Cala Llonga there is only one bakery dedicated exclusively to the sale of bread, it is Can Pa, located in the same street as the apartments Oasis Sa Tanca, about 150 m away. Also, the supermarkets of Cala Llonga have bread sale services.
Are there churches nearby?
In Cala Llonga there are no churches as such, although there is a chapel ("Capilla de la Asunción"), located in the urbanization Los Espárragos and with masses every Sunday from 7 pm.
What places to visit nearby?
Cala Llonga is mainly a tourist town, whose main attraction lies in its beach and its natural surroundings. The beach of Cala Llonga and the cove of Salt d'en Serra are not to be missed. For panoramic views of the entire cove, you can visit the viewpoint of Cala Llonga, accessible on foot and about 15 minutes walk from Oasis Sa Tanca.
Are pets or companion animals allowed?
We really love animals, but unfortunately, for various reasons, we are unable to accept pets or animals in any of our hotels.

The only beauty salon in Cala Llonga is called EC belleza, located on the main street of Cala Llonga. This beauty salon is open only during the summer season and out of season appointments can be arranged by phone.
